Pricing, Payment, and Order Placement
Quotations: Prices are estimates and may be valid for a limited time (14 days); after this period, the shop reserves the right to revise the price.
Deposits: For sales over the amount of $300, a deposit, often 50% of the total cost, is usually required to secure the order and may be non-refundable. Otherwise, all sales must be paid in full upon ordering.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is typically due before delivery or upon completion, though this can vary.
Final Payment: Prices may exclude additional costs like delivery, loading, and packaging, which will be itemized on the final invoice.
Customization:Bespoke items are made to the client's specifications and may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Changes: Any requested changes to the original design, measurements, or materials should be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation: Clients generally need the seller's written agreement to cancel an order, and they may be responsible for all costs incurred by the seller up to that point.
